2025: A Year of Growth, Impact and Progress at LRG

Across the Group, we’ve continued to grow commercially, strengthen our services, invest in our people and deliver meaningful environmental and social impact - all while supporting thousands of customers at every stage of their property journey.


With 345 branches and a team of 4,134 colleagues, LRG remains one of the UK’s most established and far-reaching property services businesses. But beyond scale, it’s how we’ve used that platform - to deliver results responsibly and sustainably - that truly defines the year.

Powering the Residential Market at Scale


Despite continued market uncertainty, our residential sales performance in 2025 demonstrates resilience, expertise and trust.


Across the year, we facilitated £4.4bn in residential property sales, completing 13,151 transactions nationwide. Demand remained strong, with over 216,000 sales viewings and 50,345 properties valued for sale, reinforcing LRG’s position as a market-leading adviser to buyers and sellers alike.


Our auction activity also continued to grow, with 337 properties sold via auction, offering speed and certainty in an evolving market.


In the new homes sector, we exchanged on 420 plots, delivering £240m in new homes sales and supporting developers across multiple local authorities. These results reflect not only strong sales performance, but deep sector knowledge and trusted relationships built over time.

Expanding Access to Home Ownership


Shared ownership remained a key focus in 2025, as affordability challenges continued across the UK.


Through SOWN, we completed 431 shared ownership sales, with a total transaction value of £72.5m. Encouragingly, 11,844 new buyers registered during the year, with an average equity purchase of 36%, helping more people take meaningful first steps onto the property ladder.


This continued demand highlights the importance of accessible tenure options, and LRG’s commitment to supporting them.

A Market-Leading Lettings and Management Platform


Our lettings business delivered another standout year, underpinned by scale, operational excellence and trusted client relationships.


In 2025, we:
•    Valued 25,522 residential lettings properties
•    Carried out 245,126 lettings viewings
•    Collected over £1.07bn in rent
•    Fully managed 57,503 properties on behalf of 54,188 private landlords


Our property management teams also resolved 160,500 maintenance issues, demonstrating the behind-the-scenes operational strength that keeps homes running smoothly.


Within block and estate management, Glide now manages 291 blocks and estates, comprising 4,918 units, while our Build-to-Rent platform continues to expand with 3,200 BTR units under corporate management.

Supporting Decisions Beyond Residential


LRG’s expertise extends well beyond residential agency, and 2025 saw strong performance across our professional and advisory services.
•    23,387 surveys were carried out
•    5,687 mortgages were arranged, alongside 2,578 mortgage protection policies
•    14,635 tenant insurance policies were issued through Bode, with a total value of £2.48m
•    Dunlop Heywood delivered 1,085 successful business rates appeals, generating an estimated £22.5m in client savings
•    Our commercial teams collected £2.78m in rent across managed assets


These figures reflect the breadth of LRG’s offer, and our ability to support clients across multiple disciplines under one trusted Group.

Planning for the Future


Through Boyer Planning, 2025 was a year of significant progress and impact:
•   4,060 homes were granted planning consent
•    55,366 sq m of commercial space was approved
•    43,388 homes are being promoted through local plans
•    309 student units secured planning permission
•    Contracts were exchanged on 2,455 plots across 13 sites in 12 local authorities


This work plays a vital role in supporting housing delivery, economic growth and sustainable placemaking across the UK.

Investing in Our People


Our people remain central to everything we do - and 2025 was a year of opportunity and progression.
•    361 colleagues were promoted across the Group
•    40 women were supported through our EmpowerHer mentoring programme
•    We received 15,000 customer reviews, with an average score of 4.7, reflecting the professionalism and care shown by teams every day


These achievements speak to a culture built on development, inclusion and pride in service.

Making a Measurable ESG Impact


Alongside commercial growth, we continued to deliver tangible environmental and social outcomes.


In 2025, LRG colleagues:
•    Contributed 450 hours to woodland volunteering initiatives
•    Supported the planting of 4,300 trees
•    Helped restore 500 square metres of native oyster reef in the Solent
•    Supported the recovery of four kelp sites along the Sussex coastline
•    Raised £34,735 for charity, supporting organisations including Trussell, Sophie’s Legacy, LifeShare and Don’t Lose Hope


These initiatives reflect our belief that long-term success must be responsible, inclusive and environmentally conscious.
