Ned Mutter has a strong background in corporate real estate and property management, with experience working for companies such as Leaders Romans Group, Blue Marble Asset Management Ltd, CBRE UK, and GVA Property Consultancy. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate from Birmingham City University, Ned has held various positions, including Director of Corporate Real Estate, Head of Corporate Real Estate, and Senior Property and Asset Manager. Ned's roles have involved strategic and operational management of property portfolios, lease events, acquisitions, and asset management. Ned's expertise also includes space planning, budgeting, and managing large property accounts for financial institutions like Lloyds Banking Group and Lehman Brothers.
