Tim has 30 years’ experience in the Land and New Homes sector, having worked for top companies like The Berkeley Group, Laing Homes, and Crest Nicholson. He oversees Boyer's Land and New Homes division, leading a team of 40 professionals who advise national and local developers on all aspects of new home development. Outside of work, Tim enjoys traveling and exploring ancient historical sites, with notable visits to Rome, Petra in Jordan, and the Pyramids in Egypt.
