Alexandra Notay
Alexandra Notay is a global expert in housing, placemaking, and ESG, with 20 years of experience across four continents. She became chair of the Radix Big Tent Housing Commission in August 2024. Previously, she was Placemaking and Investment Director at Thriving Investments, overseeing a £390mn JV with Housing Growth Partnership and the acquisition of sustainable developer igloo Regeneration. Alex has authored and edited over 30 real estate books, including the ULI UK Best Practice Guide on Build to Rent. She chairs BPF's residential ESG group and serves on multiple government advisory boards, including the UK Geospatial Commission.

Andy has worked in the private rented sector for over 25 years and joined LRG from his previous roles at LSL Corporate Client (Director) and Allsop LLP (Managing Director) where he helped build and restructure corporate client property divisions, managing many of the UK’s larger lender and landlord owned residential portfolios and investments across the UK. Now the Group Director of Corporate (Sales & Lettings) and Build to Rent for LRG, Andy oversees the running of a large team of personnel, providing asset management services for large institutional grade corporate clients, Build to Rent developers and PRS operators.

Debra, Founder and CEO of SAY, has over 25 years of expertise in residential property. SAY provides strategic operational asset advice for residential-led projects across the UK, Europe, and the UAE. Before founding SAY, Debra was Director of Asset and Property Management at Grainger plc for a decade. She is an authority in residential property, particularly in rental living and community development, advocating for the integration of economic viability into planning stages. In May 2024, she was named Residential Property Personality of the Year by Property Week. Debra also holds non-executive roles with several organizations, including Grove End Housing Limited.

David is Managing Director of Legal & General's Suburban Build to Rent (SBTR) business, overseeing strategy creation, partnership structuring, and team management. With extensive experience in residential real estate investment, development, and management, he previously served as Senior Investment Manager at Legal & General Capital, handling nationwide investments in urban Build to Rent. Before joining Legal & General, David was a Director at Rowan Asset Management and a Board Director of Taylor Wimpey Cavendish Holdings. He holds an MPhil from the University of Cambridge, an MSc from Cass Business School, an MA from the University of Edinburgh, and is a Member of RICS.

Emma is a passionate advocate for change, community resilience and sustainability solutions for all. She established and led the UK’s first fossil fuel-free district heating scheme in her village, Swaffham Prior. Her work regularly features in trade, national and international press & media.
