Rosie has over a decade of experience in property management and leasehold law, holds MIRPM and RICS qualifications, and became Director of Block Management in 2024. A law graduate from Bournemouth University, she balances work with raising two young sons, enjoying paddleboarding, reading, and visiting family in Southsea.

Robert Poole

Robert joined Glide in 2022, taking on the role of Director. He holds an MSc in Property management and Investment and is also MIRP Qualified. Over an extensive 17-year career, Robert’s previous roles include running large corporate property companies and his own smaller business. He enjoys working with different architectural styles, ranging from Grade 1&2 listed buildings to high rises with health suites on the top and everything in between.

Martin began his insurance career in 2002, gaining experience across motor fleet, commercial, and property markets. Since 2018, Martin has specialised in block insurance and joined Gallagher (formerly Deacon) in 2022, where he supports property managers across the Midlands and North of England. In an everchanging market, Martin's focus is on helping clients navigate risks by ensuring their blocks are covered appropriately at competitive premiums. His strong, lasting partnerships are built on understanding client priorities and providing proactive, dependable support that evolves with their needs.
