Joining LRG in 2018, he brought extensive expertise in the London and South East new homes market. Adrian leads LRG’s New Homes and Shared Ownership divisions, delivering sales and marketing services for Housing Associations across the UK. A personable leader, he is passionate about developing his team of Customer Service Agents, helping first-time buyers navigate the housing market. Outside work, Adrian stays active through walking and caring for his diverse menagerie of donkeys, goats, chickens, ducks, dogs, and one cat.

Stuart Hensby

Stuart is responsible for the sales and marketing of Abri Group's new homes pipeline, re-sales and staircasing transactions across different tenures including shared ownership and open market sale. Stuart is passionate about putting the customer at the heart of everything he does and brings a wealth of sales and marketing experience in the new homes industry across the south of England and London.

Natasha's remit includes new opportunity appraisals, risk and opportunity analysis, project managing sales launches, forecasting and stakeholder management for open market and affordable tenures

Ann has significant experience in residential property development and management, strategy, corporate governance, M&A and change management. Ann is currently Chair of the Shared Ownership Council and also holds NED positions at Simply Affordable Homes and Hill Group.

Peter Hawley

Peter has worked in the property industry for over 20 years, joining LRG in 2012, and has been at the heart of shared ownership at LRG since 2019. With a passion for delivering a bespoke and personal service to both homebuyers and clients, he is committed to ensuring customers receive the best advice and guidance in the industry. His expertise spans working with various housing providers, from small end-of-scheme sales to large-scale development launches and shared ownership resales. Outside of work, Peter is a keen sports fan who enjoys playing football and golf whenever possible. He also has a passion for Escape Rooms and thrill-seeking, always eager to try out a new roller coaster.
