Andrew has over 40 years’ experience in public and private planning sectors, providing services across the south of England. He has led multi-disciplinary teams and appeared as an expert witness at Section 78 Inquiries and Examinations in Public. Joining Boyer in 2005, Andrew was head of the Twickenham and Wokingham offices before becoming Executive Director in 2015. He played a key role in the company’s expansion, overseeing new offices in Bristol and the Midlands and growing the Design team. Andrew has been Managing Director of Boyer since 2017, driving the firm's geographic and service growth.
