David Lamm is the Chief Executive Officer of L1 Property and was a co-founder of the business in 2017. L1 Property is a London based UK residential property fund manager sitting within the L1 Group, an ASX-listed, specialist alternative investment manager with ~A$18 billion funds under management. L1 Property has aggregated a sizable portfolio of PRS and BTR assets throughout England and continues to grow its exposure to the strategy.
