Grace Marien-Osborn is Managing Director of Park Properties Housing Association (PPHA), a fast-growing, for-profit registered provider of affordable housing backed by institutional capital. She leads the platform’s investment, portfolio strategy and operational scaling, with a focus on delivering high-quality affordable homes at pace while generating strong, sustainable returns. Grace brings extensive experience across real estate investment and asset management. Prior to PPHA, she was a Director at Greystar, where she led asset management for the Student Roost portfolio, one of the UK’s largest purpose-built student accommodation platforms. Before that, she held a senior acquisitions role at Sage Housing, where she was responsible for deploying significant capital into affordable housing. She is passionate about improving housing delivery through institutional investment and operational excellence, with a relentless focus on creating high-quality, safe and secure homes for customers.
