Justine has over 20 years in the UK residential property sector and holds national responsibility for leading the Group’s Living Markets strategy across Single Family Housing and Multifamily portfolios. Justine works closely with institutional investors on capital deployment, operating model design, mobilisation and stabilisation strategy and the delivery of capital efficient, performance led rental platforms. Alongside operational oversight, Justine plays a key role in pre acquisition viability analysis and development due diligence, supporting Investment Committee decisions through rigorous review of rental assumptions, absorption rates, operating cost benchmarks and long term performance modelling.
