Lyndon joined Leaders Romans Group in 2015, initially working for the Romans brand as a Sales negotiator and working his way up to management level. In his current role as Sales Manager for SOWN, Lyndon oversees the Shared Ownership sales operations across Southern England, The Midlands and London regions.
