Before joining LRG in 2019, he contributed to the growth of Badger Holdings as Area Sales Director, gaining experience in team management and diversification. As Corporate Sales Director at LRG, Paul has led the company’s significant growth, overseeing Portfolio Investment Sales, Part Exchange, Chain Break, probate, and asset management sales for corporate clients across the UK. He focuses on building high-performance sales teams to deliver exceptional service. A keen mountain biker, Paul lives in Berkshire with his family and their cat, Jet.
