Samkit Shah, is currently Head of Development Finance at Lloyds Banking Group, having worked at the group for the past 18 years previously in various sectors including commercial real estate, emerging markets and global investment. In his current role, Samkit is responsible for overseeing development projects in the alternative residential sector (such as co-living, build-to-rent, senior living, or student housing) and has a focus on commercial real estate (CRE) impact. Samkit graduated from the University of Bristol with a BSc in Finance and Economics.
