Before moving to the corporate team, Justine successfully ran a lettings office with a turnover exceeding £1 million. As Head of Build to Rent, she oversees strategy, mobilisation, and growth across multiple brands, appraising developments, negotiating leases, and fostering client relationships with a focus on modern, sustainable living spaces.

Jason, a chartered surveyor, has over 15 years’ property industry experience and joined LRG in 2012 and now heads up the LRG New Homes sales function across the South East and the national Development Consultancy team. Jason and his teams work closely with house builders and advise on optimum housing mix, internal layouts and specifications as well as providing development appraisals, market insights and sales strategies. The support starts at the very beginning, working alongside our Land and Planning departments in advising on site identification and how to maximise development opportunities.

Tracey has over 25 years of experience in residential property investment, asset management, and operations across Estate, Block, and Build to Rent (BTR) sectors. She has held senior leadership roles, including a decade in Fund Management and Operations at Grainger and heading residential portfolios at The Howard de Walden Estate, JLL – The Crown Estate, and as Chief Operating Officer at Cortland Europe. With a strong focus on governance, risk, and compliance, she ensures best practices at all levels. A key industry figure, Tracey has shaped policy through her involvement in the Government’s Private Rented Sector (PRS) Taskforce. She currently serves as Chair of the British Property Federation (BPF) Residential Management Committee, sits on the BPF Residential Board, and co-chairs the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) Policy & Research Committee.
