Justine has worked in the property industry since 2002, with much of her career in London setting up offices, building teams, and growing brand awareness. Joining LRG in 2017, she managed the Romans Sunningdale office, working with high-net-worth clients and investment portfolios in areas like Ascot and the Wentworth Estate. Before moving to the corporate team, Justine successfully ran a lettings office with a turnover exceeding £1 million. As Head of Build to Rent, she oversees strategy, mobilisation, and growth across multiple brands, appraising developments, negotiating leases, and fostering client relationships with a focus on modern, sustainable living spaces.

Jason Farrimond
Jason Farrimond
Jason, a chartered surveyor, has over 15 years’ property industry experience and joined LRG in 2012. Jason and his team work closely with developers and advise on optimum housing mix, internal layouts and specifications as well as providing development appraisals and market insights. The support starts at the very beginning, working alongside our Land and Planning departments in advising on site identification and how to maximise development opportunities.

Tracey Hartley
Tracey Hartley
Tracey has over 25 years of experience in residential property investment, asset management, and operations across Estate, Block, and Build to Rent (BTR) sectors. She has held senior leadership roles, including a decade in Fund Management and Operations at Grainger and heading residential portfolios at The Howard de Walden Estate, JLL – The Crown Estate, and as Chief Operating Officer at Cortland Europe. With a strong focus on governance, risk, and compliance, she ensures best practices at all levels. A key industry figure, Tracey has shaped policy through her involvement in the Government’s Private Rented Sector (PRS) Taskforce. She currently serves as Chair of the British Property Federation (BPF) Residential Management Committee, sits on the BPF Residential Board, and co-chairs the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) Policy & Research Committee.
