Justine works closely with institutional investors on capital deployment, operating model design, mobilisation and stabilisation strategy and the delivery of capital efficient, performance led rental platforms. Alongside operational oversight, Justine plays a key role in pre acquisition viability analysis and development due diligence, supporting Investment Committee decisions through rigorous review of rental assumptions, absorption rates, operating cost benchmarks and long term performance modelling.

Duncan Williams is Acquisitions Director, Single Family Housing, at Apache Capital and has overall responsibility of acquiring opportunities for Apache's pioneering Single Family Housing Platform Present Made. He has 10 years of real estate experience in real estate property planning and development and has delivered numerous large-scale housing developments. Its unique approach allows it to oversee the full asset lifecycle, from site acquisition and planning to operations and asset management. L1 Property is a London based UK residential property fund manager sitting within the L1 Group, an ASX-listed, specialist alternative investment manager with ~A$18 billion funds under management. L1 Property has aggregated a sizable portfolio of PRS and BTR assets throughout England and continues to grow its exposure to the strategy.

Sandra is a Director of PriceHubble, an global proptech business that supplies data and analytics on living markets across 11 countries. She was previously CEO of Dataloft, until she led the business through its acquisition by PriceHubble in 2023. PriceHubble holds a unique dataset of achieved rents and renter demographics which is used to underwrite rents and rental demand in any UK local market. It works with clients from across the build to rent sector as well as housebuilders, advisors and policymakers. Dataloft collaborates with BPF, BusinessLDN and ARL to produce the Who Lives in Build to Rent series of reports.
