Paul began his career in estate agency in the early 1990s with Countrywide in Surrey. Before joining LRG in 2019, he contributed to the growth of Badger Holdings as Area Sales Director, gaining experience in team management and diversification. As Corporate Sales Director at LRG, Paul has led the company’s significant growth, overseeing Portfolio Investment Sales, Part Exchange, Chain Break, probate, and asset management sales for corporate clients across the UK. He focuses on building high-performance sales teams to deliver exceptional service. A keen mountain biker, Paul lives in Berkshire with his family and their cat, Jet.

Mike Shearn
Mike has 25 years experience across UK residential development, investment, and advisory. Under his direction he has bought to market over £1 billion of Living sector assets, sold and leased thousands of new build properties, acquired and sold over £100 million of land, and built over £100 million of residential developments. Mike is a Director of Mosaic Living and Managing Consultant at LRG for Portfolio Investment Sales where he is driving new business opportunities for landlords and investors with portfolios of all sizes.

Justine Edmonds
Justine has worked in the property industry since 2002, with much of her career in London setting up offices, building teams, and growing brand awareness. Joining LRG in 2017, she managed the Romans Sunningdale office, working with high-net-worth clients and investment portfolios in areas like Ascot and the Wentworth Estate. Before moving to the corporate team, Justine successfully ran a lettings office with a turnover exceeding £1 million. As Head of Build to Rent, she oversees strategy, mobilisation, and growth across multiple brands, appraising developments, negotiating leases, and fostering client relationships with a focus on modern, sustainable living spaces.
